As people age, their balance begins to deteriorate. This can lead to having a higher risk of injuries due to poor balance and posture. By having good posture you can also eliminate some of the back problems you may have due to slouching over the years. Standing poses will also help you tone up your legs and increase the flexibility throughout your legs and hips.
